Session: Using CCDBG to Reduce Inequities in Access to Quality Infant-and-Toddler Child Care 

Changes in federal policy and increases in funding have created unprecedented opportunities to expand the supply of quality infant and toddler care. This session will explore the policy opportunities and levers available in CCDBG and how to leverage investments and policy improvements that reduce inequities and expand access to quality child care for infants, toddlers, and their families.
