Strong Foundations For Our Youngest Children

Meeting Goals

  1. Facilitate the ability of team members to think together and across states about how their prenatal-to- three plans and efforts can advance quality programs, services, and systems for infant, toddlers, and their families (starting before birth) to promote positive and equitable outcomes for the youngest children who are furthest from opportunity.
  2. Support state team members to link concepts, content, and strategies to their prenatal-to-three policy agenda planning and decision-making process.
  3. Provide space and opportunity for team members to work with each other on their prenatal-to-three policy agendas and action plans away from the distractions of day-to-day life and work.
  4. Facilitate access to leaders from other states and subject matter experts who have promising approaches to share and who can support state planning.
  5. Make available in-person connections with PCI staff and Hub Support Leads.
