Erin Carroll is a Policy Analyst in the Office of Early Childhood at the Louisiana Department of Education. In this role her focus is primarily on supporting teacher certification and professional development initiatives. Previously, Erin worked as a public school teacher, leading both prekindergarten and second grade classrooms.
