CROSS-CUTTING ISSUES

The Cross Cutting Issues section uses the latest publications and other resources on communications, diversity and equity, early childhood systems, financing, government, infant-toddler, early childhood data systems and American Recovery and Reinvestment/Stimulus Package and early childhood issues to:

• Articulate cutting edge issues and questions (for policy makers, state leaders, funders, national organizations and the trade press) that don’t fall neatly into a single policy domain
• Showcase new ideas, tools, and resources for state leaders
• Promote cross-sector thinking and action in early childhood, including connecting leaders at different levels of the system.
