National Professional Development Center on Inclusion (NPDCI)
NPCDI is working with states to create a system of high quality, cross-agency, accessible professional development for early childhood personnel.

State Policies Promoting Inclusion in Typical Early Childhood Programs
NCCIC prepared this PowerPoint presentation for the July 2008 Eighth National Early Childhood Inclusion Institute.  It examines varied policies states have implemented to promote the inclusion of children with disabilities into early childhood programs serving mainstream children.

The National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center (NECTAC)
NECTAC works to strengthen service systems to ensure that children with disabilities from birth through 5 years of age and their families receive and benefit from high quality, culturally appropriate and family-centered supports and services.  The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs supports NECTAC.

Responding to Infants and Young Children’s Special Needs
Charlie Bruner wrote this paper for the Michigan Governor’s Summit.  Dr. Bruner highlights the developmental, behavioral, physical and environmental status of young children with special needs in Michigan.
